Two Convicted For Las Vegas Timeshare Slaying

On June 18, 2009, two men were found guilty of beating a man to death at a Las Vegas timeshare back in 2007.  A jury convicted Adrian McKnight, 21, and Michael Smith, 25 of multiple charges including robbery and murdering Angel Nieva, 62 in the Tahiti Village Vacation Club.  In addition to the criminal suit, a wrongful death suit was filed by Lydia Nieva, Mr. Nieva’s wife, and other relatives against the resort for failure to proide adequate security.
