Meanwhile a large developer wants a grander scale using the sale of hotels and timeshares to offset the cost of adding amusement rides, venues and entertainment for the area.
Why are timeshares in the developer’s plans? Profitability. Timeshares are cash cows for developers, and timeshare owners are the feed.
