About TR360

Meet the People of Timeshare Relief, Inc.

Welcome to Timeshare Relief 360!  We want to share with you what’s going on with our company and with the timeshare industry in general.  Although we have a particular point of view (who doesn’t), we’re going to try to provide our readers, clients and timeshare buffs the unvarnished truth of what’s going on in the timeshare industry.

About Timeshare Relief

Timeshare Relief was started in January 2004, by two former timeshare owners: Cindy Martin and David MacMillan.  Cindy and David bought their timeshare in 1999 and quickly found it was “not the slice of paradise they thought it would be.”  Their maintenance fees continued to rise, yet their timeshare became harder and harder to use. Their troubles were compounded when they tried to sell their timeshare through a well-known “listing company” but received no buyer offers, despite paying a hefty advertising fee.

After speaking with other timeshare owners, Cindy and David realized that their experiences were all too common. That is why Timeshare Relief was started: To provide RELIEF to dissatisfied timeshare owners.  Not only do our clients NEVER pay another timeshare assessment or maintenance fee billing, they are also provided with a financial solution that saves them money allowing them to break free of the “timeshare trap”.  Title transfers are handled by a professionally licensed, bonded, and insured title agency.

  1. We have a timeshare that we are still paying on. Do you offer help with that as well. We would like to get rid of it and do not know how to go about it. Please let me know how your company could help me.

    Thanks
    Shanille

    • Shanille,

Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, we are not able to take timeshares that are not paid off.

  2. Timeshares have been paid off for a very long time and only required maintenance fees are being paid. My mother is too old to use and we grown children do not want anything to do with it. Can you help so that we no longer have to make maintenance payments and it will no longer be tied to my mother.

    Thanks
    Pam

    • Pam,

Your situation is a common one among children of timeshare owners. With rising maintenance fees and the aging of a timeshare purchased a generation ago, children often do not want the financial burden that an inherited timeshare will bring.

Timeshare Relief has helped many clients over the years in the same situation. We’ll pass along your information. If you for some reason we’re not able to reach you, please call 866-797-0535 and you’ll be able to speak with one of our expert personal consultants.

  3. I have a timeshare that is paid off. I cannot afford the annual maitanance fees. What are the consequences of using your program? Are there fees? I have already lost over $10,000 and just want out but without fees or blemishes on my credit.

    • Hello Isabel,

The best thing to do is to call into our offices 1-866-797-0535 and speak with a personal consultant as all situations are different. Even if you were to sell your timeshare, there will be fees like closing costs, transfer fees, legal fees, etc. But, the time you waste could be worth thousands especially if another maintenance fee or special assessment hits your mailbox. The day that you sign with Timeshare Relief, the company will transfer the timeshare out of your name so that you don’t have to pay another maintenance ever again! It’s worth the time to see if the solution is right for you.

      Regards,
      Bobby

  4. Dear Timeshare Relief,
My husband & I have a timeshare in Gran Canaria that we would like to get rid as we are not happy with the rising maintennance every year. We tried using some resale company but at the end of the day, after paying an advertising fee they are not gonna get rid of your timeshare. They are only after your money. I have seen this website of yours and hopefully you can help us.
    Yours sincerely
    Mrs Imelda Miller

    • Hello Mrs. Miller,

The best way to start our conversation about your timeshare is to contact our phone consultants by calling 1-866-797-0535. A very friendly and professional person will take your information so that we can give you more from Timeshare Relief. We appreciate your interest and hope that we can help you!

  5. What do you do with the ownership of the timeshare? Do you transfer it to your co.,, rent it or what?

  6. I had purchased a timeshare 3 years ago but now it seems that I cannot keep up with the fees particularly the maintenance fees. I am thinking of reselling it but I have read about the services of your company and may consider it as an option just to cutoff those fees. I have heard that selling a timeshare might take a longer time. I would like to ask how long it will take to get rid of my timeshare if I work it out with you.

  7. I have a time share that is paid off co-owned with my sister in Little Rock,Ak. WeI would like help finding reputable sales companies that charge little or no fees to sell your timeshare. Thank you, Ruth Engleking

  8. I have a wyndham timeshare in Branson would love to know what you can do to get me out of it. It has been paid for along time now and we never have the time to use it and I’m sick of them never having any openings when I do want to try and go. So do you all charge to take it over or what ?

    • Hello Robin,

Our service does have a cost. We will probably be able to help you whereas other alternatives will cost as well but without the results. Please call our offices at 1-866-797-0535 and one of our advisors can help you get rid of your timeshare.
